The Dressing Rooms has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Dressing Rooms disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. The DRessing Rooms shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
The Dressing Rooms makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. The Dressing Rooms shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Cancellations & amendments
As soon as you realise that you need to change/cancel your order please contact our service team on 0121 423 2777 and one of our advisors will help you. You will be asked to confirm the change or cancellation in writing. If you amend or change your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you’ll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or cancel the order). This is also subject to availibility.
All original labels are attached to our dresses. Please try on the dress prior to removing these labels as, once these are removed, refunds can only be given in accordance with your legal rights. Should you need to return your dress, we ask that you return it with its hanger, protective covering, carrier and in its original outer packaging. You have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. All items returned must be in a resalable condition and in the opinion of The Dressing Rooms must not have been worn. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £35) of which you will be notified at time of cancellation.
There is a NO RETURN POLICY on underwear, Veils & earrings and any set of jewellery containing earrings unless goods are faulty.
The Dressing Rooms has policies and proceedures in place to prevent the same Prom dress being sold in the same colour to the same prom. The Dressing Rooms is not responsible for any persons misusing these proceedures and is in no way liable for any upset or anything else otherwise incurred by this.
All items are subject to availibility. We will inform you by e mail as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available
Currently, all card transactions will be processed when your complete order has been received by us.
We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible
